# Job Title: TikTok/Reels Content Research VA + Basic CapCut Editor for AI Image/Video App

## About the Project

We are building **Kreo AI**, a new AI image and video generation mobile app.

Kreo AI helps users create AI videos, AI photos, photo-to-video effects, AI dance videos, image edits, and viral social media content.

We are looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant who understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, AI content, viral trends, and basic short-form editing.

This role will start with a **3-day paid trial**. If the work is strong, this can become a long-term part-time or full-time role.

## Main Goal of the Role

Your main job is to help us find viral AI photo/video trends and turn them into content ideas, app template ideas, hooks, captions, and simple short-form videos.

We are looking for someone who can help us build a content system for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is not only an admin role. We need someone creative, curious, and interested in AI apps and viral content.

## Responsibilities

### 1. TikTok / Reels / Shorts Trend Research

You will research viral content formats related to:

* AI video
* AI image generation
* Photo-to-video
* Image-to-video
* AI dance videos
* AI photo edits
* AI portraits
* AI animation
* Viral filters and effects
* ---------- -style AI videos
* Creator tools
* Short-form video apps

You will collect useful links and organize them clearly in Google Sheets or Notion.

### 2. Content Idea Generation

You will create content ideas for Kreo AI based on viral trends.

Example content ideas:

* “Turn your selfie into this”
* “AI made my photo dance”
* “Photo-to-video AI is getting crazy”
* “3 AI effects you need to try”
* “Normal photo vs AI video result”
* “Which effect should we launch next?”
* “This AI turned my selfie into a movie scene”
* “Would you try this with your photo?”

You should be able to study viral videos and turn them into practical ideas for our app.

### 3. AI App Template Ideas

You will suggest new AI image and video template ideas for Kreo AI.

Example template ideas:

### 4. Hooks and Captions

You will write short hooks and captions for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Example hooks:

* “AI video apps are getting scary good.”
* “This photo-to-video effect looks unreal.”
* “Which version is better: 1 or 2?”
* “This is what AI can do with one photo.”

Good English is required.

### 5. Basic Short-Form Video Editing

You should be able to create simple short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.

Basic editing includes:

* Vertical 9:16 video editing
* Adding text overlays
* Cutting clips
* Adding captions
* Using simple transitions
* Creating before/after videos
* Creating simple thumbnail/cover images
* Exporting TikTok/Reels-ready videos
* Organizing finished content for posting

Advanced editing is not required, but basic CapCut or Canva skill is preferred.

### 6. Competitor Research

You will track competitor apps and content.

Examples:

* AI video generator apps
* AI photo editor apps
* Photo-to-video apps
* AI dance apps
* Apps creating viral TikTok/Reels content

You will observe:

* What content they post
* Which videos perform well
* What hooks they use
* What templates/effects they promote
* What ideas Kreo AI should test

## Trial Task

Before long-term hiring, selected candidates will complete a **3-day paid trial task**.

The trial task will include:

1. Find 10 viral AI video examples from TikTok/Reels/Shorts
2. Find 10 viral AI photo/image examples
3. Suggest 10 content ideas for Kreo AI
4. Suggest 10 app template ideas
5. Write 10 short hooks/captions
6. Create 1 simple 10–15 second TikTok/Reel sample using CapCut or Canva
7. Submit everything in an organized Google Sheet or document

## Long-Term Role

If the paid trial is successful, this can become a long-term role.

We may start with:

* 4 hours/day, 5 days/week

Then increase to:

* full-time, 40 hours/week

This depends on performance, quality of work, communication, and reliability.

2. Suggest AI video content ideas
3. Suggest AI image/photo content ideas

7. Create simple edited video drafts
8. Send a daily summary report
