We’re looking for a TikTok Ad Creator to develop high-performing short-form video ads for paid social campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for turning product benefits, customer insights, and marketing briefs into scroll-stopping TikTok-style ads that feel native to the platform while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
Creative Development
* Create TikTok and short-form video ads from concept to final edit
* Develop multiple creative angles and messaging approaches
* Research TikTok trends and adapt them for advertising purposes
* Create compelling hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds
Video Production
* Edit videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
* Incorporate captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and platform-native elements
* Produce variations of winning creatives for testing
* Maintain brand consistency while creating native-looking content
Creative Strategy
* Analyse winning competitor ads
* Generate new ad concepts based on customer pain points and objections
* Create scripts and storyboards
* Work closely with media buyers to understand performance data
Testing & Optimisation
* Create multiple hooks, CTAs, and ad variations
* Iterate on winning creatives
* Use performance feedback to improve future ads
* Build a library of proven creative formats
Requirements
Essential
* Strong understanding of TikTok’s content style and culture
* Excellent video editing skills
* Ability to write persuasive ad copy and scripts
* Understanding of direct response marketing
* Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
* Portfolio demonstrating paid social ads
Highly Desirable
* Experience creating UGC ads
* Experience working with eCommerce brands
* Understanding of consumer psychology
* Experience interpreting ad performance metrics
