Test Automation Engineer (JavaScript + Playwright)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript and Playwright to help automate testing for our product. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites that ensure product reliability, performance, and quality.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright in JavaScript.

Collaborate with developers to define test coverage and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.

Improve test frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability.

Ensure test environments are well-maintained and aligned with production.

Requirements:

Proven experience with JavaScript and modern testing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end and UI testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and debugging.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with API test automation.

Knowledge of cloud-based CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
