Call people on telephone and ask them scripted Questions about selling their house. The script and the call list will be provided. Obviously this will require a person with good English speaking skills. Research people wanting to sell their home and call them. Keep a Excel spread sheet on who called, when, follow up and responses. The same as previous for people calling to buy our houses.
