What You’ll Do:

* Contact potential clients via phone and email
* Sell ---------- services worldwide
* Drive participation in compensation and benefits surveys
* Use sales tools to find new opportunities
* Forecast and report on territory performance
* Join weekly meetings and ongoing training


What We’re Looking For:

* Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (required)
* At least 1 year of BPO experience (required)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Team player who can also work independently
