We are a well-established telecom company based in Colorado, USA.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Telecom Analyst, you will work closely with US telecom data; reviewing orders, validating billing records, identifying discrepancies, and helping improve the accuracy of telecom operations. This is a fully remote, non-voice position ideal for professionals looking to grow beyond traditional BPO work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze telecom orders, invoices, and service records for billing accuracy
- Validate provisioning, disconnections, and service changes
- Identify billing discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrections
- Coordinate with US telecom carriers and internal teams
- Maintain detailed reports and support ongoing process improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in US Telecom accounts (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Spectrum, or similar)
- Background in billing, provisioning, order management, or telecom operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills

WORK DETAILS
- Setup: 100% Work From Home (permanent)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day | US Hours (Night Shift)
- Employment type: Full-time, Long-term
