Technology QA & Process Tester – MSP Workflows

About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Technology QA & Process Tester to support our operational and accounting workflow testing across multiple PSA platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience and hands-on familiarity with systems such as HaloPSA, ConnectWise Manage, or AutoTask, along with a strong understanding of accounting processes.

You will be an integral part of our U.S.-based financial consulting team and hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) to ensure local labor compliance and competitive benefits. We’re looking for someone eager to grow with us in a long-term, full-time capacity.

What You’ll Do
QA & System Testing
* Perform functional and regression testing on workflows across PSA tools (ticketing, time tracking, invoicing, procurement)
* Validate PSA accounting outputs (invoices, revenue recognition, journal entries)
* Log, report, and track system issues with clarity and consistency
* Work closely with U.S.-based teams to resolve and retest issues

Process & Workflow Documentation
* Map out PSA workflows for service delivery and billing
* Develop SOPs, test cases, and process documentation
* Ensure alignment with industry best practices and internal standards

Accounting Process Oversight
* Test integration with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct)
* Validate GL syncing, project profitability tracking, and recurring billing
* Assist in ensuring data accuracy across systems

What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years in QA, process testing, database or system analysis
* MSP experience is a must — either internal or vendor/BPO
* Working knowledge of at least one of: HaloPSA, ConnectWise Manage, AutoTask
* Understanding of accounting processes (billing, GL, AR, deferred revenue)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
* Willingness to raise questions, challenge the norm, and willingness to learn

Bonus If You Have:
* Experience with PSA integrations (WiseSync, WisePay, ITGlue, QuickBooks)
* Knowledge of service catalog and automation setup in PSA systems
* Accounting background

Salary Range: 130,984.55 / Php - 183,378.37 / Php
