The Opportunity

Our model works because we close at a high rate, and we close at a high rate because our team is exceptional. We're looking for a Technical VA who knows the MSP world, communicates with authority, and can hold their own from prospecting through appointment setting.
What You'll Do
Conduct high-volume B2B outreach (calls,
Navigate past gatekeepers and connect directly with owners, IT managers, and C-suite contacts
Articulate the value of our managed services offering clearly and confidently
Handle objections with knowledge and composure — turning skeptics into scheduled appointments
Maintain detailed records in CRM and report on daily activity and pipeline
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting — you've done this before and have results to show
Background in the IT/MSP space is strongly preferred — you should understand terms like RMM, helpdesk, SLA, and managed security without needing a crash course
Neutral to clear English accent; professional and polished phone presence
Self-directed and accountable — you hit your numbers without being chased
Resilient mindset — rejection is part of the process, not a reason to slow down
Compensation
Base Pay: $200 USD/week, paid via Wise
Performance Commissions: Per-appointment commission that scales weekly as you hit targets
Closing Bonuses: Additional commission on every deal that closes from your booked appointments
