Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant (Tech VA) with one year of experience or more to assist in setting up and managing funnels, course launches, and web design tasks using platforms like Kajabi, Kartra, Squarespace, and WordPress (with Elementor Builder or similar). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of these platforms and be comfortable with handling basic technical setups, troubleshooting, and digital product management, as well as web page creation and maintenance. The Tech VA will work closely with our team to manage various digital tools, fulfilling client tasks and deliverables, supporting automation, as well as enhancing agency processes and automations. This is not a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage funnels in Kajabi or Kartra
- Responsible for building and optimizing marketing funnels, including creating landing pages, opt-in forms, sales pages, and thank-you pages.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to implement funnel mockups into the final design and ensure visual consistency.
- Connecting various funnel steps and ensuring smooth navigation for users.
- Handle testing to ensure everything works correctly, from the initial opt-in to the final purchase.

2. Assist with course creation, setup, and management on Kajabi/Kartra
- Create and structure online courses, including uploading video content, setting up course modules, lessons, quizzes, and drip schedules.
- Ensure that all course materials (videos, PDFs, assignments) are properly uploaded and accessible to students.
- Manage student access, monitor enrollments, and assist with course launches.

3. Web Design and Maintenance (Squarespace/WordPress using Elementor Builder or similar)
- Design and maintain web pages using Squarespace or WordPress with Elementor (or similar drag-and-drop page builders).
- Build visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, landing pages, or course pages based on the company’s requirements.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to implement web design mockups into the final design and ensure visual consistency.
- Make basic updates and edits to websites, ensuring consistent branding and functionality across all platforms.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support
- Act as the first point of contact for technical problems related to Kajabi, Kartra, Squarespace, or WordPress, such as broken links, page errors, or issues with checkout and payment processes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues quickly or escalate them to the team if necessary.
- Assist clients or tea ---------- mbers with platform-related queries.

5. Ensure integrations between tools are functioning smoothly
- Manage the integration between Kajabi/Kartra and other software tools, such as email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), CRM systems, and payment processors.
- Ensure that automation workflows (such as email sequences or product delivery) are set up properly and run without issues.

6. Support the team with general tech-related tasks and processes
- Assist with a variety of tech tasks as needed, which may include setting up new tools, managing basic website updates, or organizing digital assets.
- Have a proactive attitude in helping to optimize systems and provide general technical support where required.

7. Help maintain and improve automation workflows for marketing and customer management
- Create and optimize automation workflows that handle repetitive tasks, such as sending out welcome emails, follow-up sequences, or notifications for course enrollments.
- Regularly review the workflows to ensure they are up-to-date and working efficiently.
- Suggest and implement improvements based on the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Tech VA or in a similar role working with funnels, course setups, or digital tools on platforms like Kajabi or Kartra.
- Experience with web design in Squarespace or WordPress using Elementor Builder (or similar drag-and-drop editors).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, digital workspace.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude, especially when troubleshooting technical issues or resolving platform-related challenges.
- Experience with automation and marketing tools (e.g., Kajabi, Kartra, ActiveCampaign).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Experience in digital marketing, funnel management, or course launches is a plus, especially if you’ve worked with entrepreneurs or coaches.
