Technical Systems Developer / App Integration Specialist

About the Project

Omega Maintenance Network is building a unified ecosystem of internal and franchise-support tools for our commercial cleaning and leadership platform.
You’ll work on repairing and integrating our Omega GPS Time Tracker App (PWA) and connecting it with our existing systems — including our Sales Quoter, Walk-Through, and Quality Survey dashboards — all tied to our WordPress Member Portal.

This project is already active with a live backend and clear milestones. You’ll join as our lead app integrator to finalize the technical bridge between our mobile, web, and data systems.

Responsibilities
• Repair and optimize the existing Omega GPS Tracker PWA (Progressive Web App).
• Integrate app data flow with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and WordPress dashboard.
• Coordinate development of front-end and back-end modules for functionality and reliability.
• Document all updates and produce short progress walk-throughs or Loom clips.
• Collaborate directly with Omega’s Master Chair Board Member for progress alignment.

Required Skills
• Strong experience in PWA development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets APIs, and Web App deployments.
• WordPress or CRM integration experience preferred.
• Ability to track and verify time with Time Doctor, Hubstaff, or similar tools.
• Reliable communication, accountability, and self-management.

Compensation & Terms
• Kickoff payment: $100 upon start of Phase 1.
• Ongoing monthly payout: $400 per month for verified work and deliverables.
• Payments issued by the 10th of the following month after deliverable verification.
• Role averages 10–15 hours/week (? $25–$40/hr equivalent).
• Continued engagement available for future app launches after this project.
