Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level cloud migration and application modernization initiatives. In this role, you will own end-to-end execution, align distributed teams, and ensure deliverables conform to VMware-based architectures (VCF, DSM).

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of cloud migration and application modernization programs (rehost, replatform, refactor).
Own project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and rollback planning.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, DevOps, and architecture
Ensure infrastructure alignment with VMware VCF and DSM constraints.
Track project KPIs and deliver concise status reports to executive and technical levels.

Requirements
5+ years in Technical Project/Program Management handling infrastructure initiatives.
VMware Expertise: Strong working knowledge of VMware vSphere and VCF (highly preferred).
Migration Experience: Proven track record in data migrations and monolith-to-microservices transitions.
Tech Stack Familiarity: Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and DevOps/CICD workflows.
Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Pluses: Experience with VMware DSM, public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Terraform/Ansible, or PMP/CAPM/CSM certifications.
