Technical Program Manager / Product Ops Lead (Remote – Long-Term)

We’re AlchemyOps, a systems agency building backend platforms and automation for fast-scaling creators & conscious businesses.
Currently, we’re scaling a spiritual livestream + membership platform with 250K+ YouTube subscribers and thousands of paying members.

We’re a lean strike team (Founder, Tech Lead, Creative Ops) and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive operator to bring order, clarity, and ---------- ntum as we grow.

???? Your Mission
- You will be the bridge between vision and execution:
- Turn ideas into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables (ClickUp).
- Manage projects end-to-end: backlog ? sprint ? QA ? done.
- Write simple PRDs/user stories so devs know exactly what to build.
- Run QA checks, confirm acceptance criteria, and release notes.
- Handle integrations & ops: Stripe confirmations, Meta Pixel, analytics events, GHL.
- Keep our Notion SOP Library organized and growing.
- Send weekly progress reports (metrics, deliverables, blockers).
- Be the point of clarity for both devs and clients.
- Support projects that serve spiritual, creator, and conscious communities.

? Requirements
- Project/Product Management experience (in startups or agencies).
- Excellent English communication (written + Loom/video).
- Hands-on with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Drive.
- Comfortable managing developers & QA.
- Tech-savvy: can understand Supabase/Next.js basics, Stripe, APIs.
- Systems thinker: loves clarity, structure, and documenting workflows.

- Familiar with Supabase/Postgres, or SaaS-style platforms.
- Experience in community/membership or creator economy projects.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, or spiritual/creator businesses.
