Technical / Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to manage the technical day-to-day operations of NYS Markets.

You will be responsible for making sure our systems, trader accounts, tools, dashboard and internal processes run smoothly every day.

Main Responsibilities:
Create, modify and manage trader accounts
Configure rules, balances, payouts and account settings
Detect and report bugs or technical issues
Coordinate with developers to fix problems fast
Improve internal systems and automations
Manage spreadsheets, reports and operational data
Help optimize dashboard and user experience
Support Operations and Risk teams with technical tasks
Ensure everything works correctly across platforms
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills
Very organized and detail oriented
Good with software, tools and systems
Basic understanding of trading / prop firm industry
Good English communication
Fast learner and proactive mindset
Excel / Google Sheets skills preferred
