We are hiring a Technical Operations Project Manager who will lead execution across several companies and teams.
You MUST have actual project management experience (tech, SaaS, marketing agency, dev team, operations team, or QA team).
If you cannot manage developers, speak technical language, create sprints, or run standups — do not apply.

? ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for running operations across:
A SaaS mobile app (Realtor OS)
A token economy team
A financial logic team (BPIS)
Automation systems (n8n, Make, API connections)
Developers (Flutter, web)
Marketing (social, funnels, content)
Real estate projects
Mortgage operations
Film distribution & marketing
General VA support teams
Your job is to keep all teams moving and keep leadership informed without needing constant direction.
? CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
? 1. Lead Daily Operations
Run daily standups
Assign tasks with deadlines
Track deliverables
Follow up consistently
Manage boards in ClickUp/Notion/Asana
Keep everyone accountable
? 2. Technical Coordination
You must be comfortable working with:
dev teams automation workflows
mobile app builds
UX handoffs
Figma files
token logic
financial formulas
API documentation (reading, not coding)
? 3. QA + Testing
You will:
test mobile app features
compare Figma vs. actual build
verify workflows
check correctness of logic
report bugs
validate fixes
? 4. Documentation
write SOPs
create workflows
maintain project histories
keep everything organized

? 5. Leadership + Follow-Up
push tea ---------- mbers respectfully
chase late tasks
communicate clearly
escalate only when necessary
protect the CEO’s time
provide daily updates
? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You must have:
2+ years as Technical PM, Operations PM, Scrum Master, QA Lead, or Team Lead
Experience managing multiple people across different projects
Strong English (verbal + written)
Experience with ClickUp/Asana/Trello/Notion
Ability to manage developers
Ability to do QA testing
Ability to understand technical requirements
Ability to manage deadlines
Ability to stay organized
Ability to think proactively
Ability to run sprints
? BONUS EXPERIENCE (NOT required)
Working with dev teams (mobile/web)
QA or UAT testing
n8n, Zapier, Make, or automation tools
SaaS or mobile app environments
CRMs (GHL, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Real estate, fintech, or marketing industry experience

Deliver daily CEO updates
Stabilize operations
Begin leading weekly sprints
