Technical Operations PM – Help Document, Launch, and Manage a Telecom Automation System

(Remote – PH-Based | Part-Time with Growth to Full-Time)

We’re building a powerful backend telecom system that supports automated campaigns for multiple brands. You’ll work directly with the founder and development team to document the technical build, systematize the operations, and eventually run and scale the platform.

This is not a marketing or admin job. You’ll be involved in understanding how remote SIM card devices (powered by Raspberry Pi) are deployed and managed across different regions, and help us turn that into a scalable operation.

What You’ll Do
During Build Phase (Weeks 1–4):

Shadow our developer to observe and document the technical setup

Turn complex processes into clear SOPs and checklists (in Notion/Airtable)

Help organize and maintain our backend tracking system

After Launch (Ongoing):

Monitor SIM activity, rotation, and performance via dashboard tools

Coordinate SIM swaps and device setup with remote technicians

Track deliverability, compliance, and system uptime

Own and optimize the backend operations engine

Train additional VAs as we scale into multiple cities and campaigns

Position Details:
Part-time: 10-15 hrs/week

Pay: $5–10/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Flexible with 1–2 calls/week

Growth path: Into full-time Core Ops Lead or Technical PM
