JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-agency Technical Operations Manager to serve as the "right hand" to leadership. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a hybrid position requiring a blend of executive support, sales development, multimedia production, and software automation.

The AI Philosophy: We expect you to be an "AI-First" professional. You should be proficient in leveraging LLMs and automation tools to 10x your output. However, AI is your assistant, not your replacement. You must possess the fundamental skills to audit, edit, and improve everything the AI produces to ensure 100% quality and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Operations Support

Gatekeeping: Manage complex calendars and high-volume email inboxes with discretion and precision.
Vendor & Talent Management: Oversee external vendors and qualify applicants for open roles using our established internal processes.
Process Documentation: Build and maintain "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) to ensure the business scales efficiently.

2. Sales, CRM & Lead Management

Lead Pipeline: Add, qualify, and segment leads within the CRM.
Active Outreach: Initiate contact and execute rigorous follow-up sequences to move leads through the funnel.
Data Integrity: Ensure all communications are logged and the CRM remains the "single source of truth."

3. Multimedia & Content Production

Podcast Management: Edit raw audio/video recordings into polished episodes (including intro/outros, noise reduction, and flow).
Publishing: Manage the end-to-end distribution process across hosting platforms and social media.
Social Content: Slicing long-form content into high-engagement clips for various social channels.

4. Automation & Technical Projects

No-Code/Low-Code Dev: Build and maintain automations (Zapier, Make, or similar) to connect our tech stack.
Coding: Assist with software-based coding projects (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to solve specific business problems.
AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows to increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

The Fundamentals: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be able to write a professional email and a technical brief without relying on "Generic AI-speak."
Technical Stack: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive), Podcast Editing software (Descript, Adobe Audition, or similar), and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or Asana).
Coding Literacy: Ability to read, write, and debug code for business automation and software projects.
AI Mastery: Expert-level prompting skills and experience with AI-assisted coding and content generation.
The "Vibe": You are a self-starter who solves problems before they reach the CEO's desk.
