ABOUT ALLETTA

Alletta is an AI-first company building a portfolio of automated ventures simultaneously — a 21-channel YouTube network, a 20-page Facebook media network, a compliance SaaS platform, a real estate intelligence platform, a financial newsletter, and additional ventures in continuous development. Every venture has operational needs. This role covers all of them.

This role supports Tech Operations across all active ventures. The specific tasks vary by venture — one week you are setting up YouTube channel accounts, the next you are retrieving Meta Graph API tokens for Facebook pages, the next you are configuring API credentials for a new SaaS launch, the next you are tracking affiliate approvals across 70 programs. The common thread is always the same: automation tools, developer dashboards, API integrations, and keeping complex systems running cleanly across whatever Alletta is building.

If you thrive in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment where no two weeks are identical, this role is for you.

We don't hire people to do what machines can do. We hire people to run the machines.

????????????????????????????????????

THE ROLE

You are the Tech Operations Specialist for the Alletta portfolio. You keep the automated infrastructure running across all active ventures — current ones and new ones as they launch. You onboard new projects into the operational pipeline and handle the setup, configuration, and ongoing monitoring work that keeps everything moving.

Alletta is always building. That means your work evolves continuously. One month, you are setting up YouTube channels and submitting affiliate applications. The next time you are configuring a new SaaS product dashboard or managing API credentials for a newsletter platform. The venture changes. The skill set stays the same.

This is not a content creation role. This is not traditional social media management. This is systems operations for someone who is comfortable with APIs, developer dashboards, and automation tools across any platform — and who takes genuine satisfaction in a complex machine running smoothly.

YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS — EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL DO

We believe in total transparency about what this role looks like from day one. Here is your first month precisely.

WEEK 1 — YOUTUBE NETWORK SETUP
• Create 21 Google Workspace user accounts for the YouTube channel network using admin access provided
• Set up each YouTube channel under its corresponding Workspace account
• Complete YouTube channel verification for custom thumbnails on each channel
• Record all channel IDs and configuration details in Airtable
• Coordinate with our deployment engineer to provide channel credentials for OAuth setup
• Load affiliate placeholder URLs into Airtable for all 21 channels using our prepared reference list

WEEK 2 — AFFILIATE PROGRAM APPLICATIONS
• Submit all Tier 1 affiliate program applications across all channels using our prepared Affiliate Pack — network description, standard answers, and full program list all provided — no research required
• Track all submissions in the Affiliate Tracker — date submitted, status, notes — in real time
• Follow up on any programs requesting additional information
• Update Airtable with real tracking links as approvals arrive
• Begin Tier 2 submissions by the end of the week

WEEK 3 — FACEBOOK ---------- ---------- -BUILD CHECKLIST
• Work through the complete Facebook ---------- ---------- -build checklist — provided in full detail on day one
• Create ---------- Facebook Pages under Meta Business Manager using admin access provided
• Retrieve Meta Graph API tokens for each page
• Complete all required tool signups and API credential gathering on the checklist
• Register for Facebook-specific affiliate programs
• Deliver a complete build-ready package to the founder confirming every checklist item is done — this triggers the Facebook pipeline build day

WEEK 4 — OPERATIONS RHYTHM BEGINS
• Both networks are moving toward live status
• Pipeline monitoring begins as systems come online
• Weekly ops summary introduced — what ran, what was flagged, what was fixed
• Affiliate approval tracking continues as programs respond
• Alert response protocols activated

By the end of Month 1, you will have set up a 21-channel YouTube network, submitted 70+ affiliate applications, and fully prepared a 20-page Facebook network for automated pipeline deployment — all from written instructions and provided access credentials.

ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (from Month 2)

WEEKLY (approximately 4–6 hours/week):
• Content pipeline review across Facebook and YouTube networks via ---------- dashboard
• System health monitoring — ---------- Facebook pages, 21 YouTube channels, and growing
• Affiliate link verification across all active pages and channels
• Alert response when automated monitoring detects pipeline issues

MONTHLY:
• Affiliate revenue reconciliation across all programs
• System configuration updates as directed
• Monthly ops summary to the founder

PROJECT ONBOARDING (as new ventures launch):
• Account creation and API credential setup for new platforms and tools
• Integration of new ventures into the existing automation pipeline

????????????????????????????????????

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS YOU WILL WORK IN

Core infrastructure (used daily or weekly):
• Airtable — content and operations database
---------- — automation pipeline monitoring
• Meta Business Suite + Meta Graph API — Facebook page management
• YouTube Studio + YouTube Data API — channel management
• Replug — affiliate link management
• ManyChat — automated comment management
• Slack — communication and alerts
• 1Password — credential management (non-negotiable)

Project-specific (varies by venture):

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO

To do this job properly and without bottlenecks, you will have:

• A dedicated Alletta Google Workspace account
• Admin access to Alletta Meta Business Manager (to create and manage pages)
• Google Workspace admin access (to create and manage YouTube channel accounts)
• Access to a shared Alletta Operations drive with all SOPs, briefs, and credentials
• Direct Slack access to the founder for decisions that need escalation

This is an empowered operator role. The goal is for you to move projects forward independently without waiting for the founder to be in the middle of every small task.

????????????????????????????????????

HOURS AND GROWTH

Starting hours: approximately 25 hours per week
Starting pay: $10–$12/hour ($1,000–$1,200/month)

Note: Month 1 is intensive setup and will likely run 35–45 hours. From Month 2 onwards, the operational rhythm stabilises at approximately 25 hours per week.

Alletta operates multiple ventures simultaneously and launches new ones continuously. As each new venture comes online, your operational scope expands with it. The natural path for this role is full-time within 6–9 months and Operations Manager across the full Alletta portfolio within 12 months.

This is a long-term role inside a growing multi-venture company. If the idea of your work expanding into new industries and platforms every few months excites you, this role is for you. If you prefer a fixed task list that never changes, this role is not.

HOW TO APPLY

We read every application carefully. We do not read generic cover letters.

Please answer all four of the following. Applications missing any answer will not be reviewed.

1. AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE
Describe the most complex automation workflow you have built or managed. What tools did you use? What did it connect? What broke and how did you fix it?

2. MULTI-ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
How many Facebook Pages, YouTube Channels, or social media accounts have you managed simultaneously? What tools did you use to keep them organised?

3. CREDENTIAL SECURITY
What password manager do you use to store client credentials and API keys? How do you organise credentials across multiple clients or projects?

4. TEST TASK — REQUIRED
You receive a Slack alert at 9 am: "CRITICAL OUTAGE — network has gone silent for 24 hours." Walk me through your exact diagnostic steps using ---------- , Airtable, and the Meta Graph API. You have not seen our specific system before. Show me how you think — not what you know.

We are looking for structured thinking and calm problem-solving in Question 4. Make reasonable assumptions and show your diagnostic process. There is no single right answer.
