We're a small informal team building an amazing Shopify app that merchants love.
I'm the founder Daniel, and I'm highly involved and in love with the project.
Most of the support tickets are small tweak to our Shopify sections (we're a section template library) on merchants theme/store.
We're looking for someone with experience that are ready to run with the ball week 1.
I hope to learn from you what good customer service is!
You'll be one of our main customer support reps working alongside Chud (Support lead) & me.
We get a fair amount of tickets so the job will be fast paced and I expect you to handle tickets efficiently.

Must haves / Additional information:
- Strong HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT/LIQUID skills.
- Very good English.
- Experience with Shopify and being in a customer support role.
We're looking to hire A+ players and we pay and treat our team well.
Bonuses applicable (we can discuss in detail).

Job will start as part time and transition to full-time.
