Role Overview
White Lion Acquisitions is building a high-performance real estate machine designed to close 10+ deals per month and scale beyond $100K/month.
We are looking for a Technical Automation & AI Systems Manager to design, build, and optimize the backend infrastructure that powers our growth—across CRM, lead generation, follow-up, dispositions, and marketing.
This is not a task-based VA role. This is a builder role for someone who understands systems, automation, and AI at a high level.
Core Mission

Key Responsibilities
1. Automation & Systems Architecture
Design and implement workflows using:
GoHighLevel (CRM + funnels)
n8n / Zapier (automation engine)
APIs and webhook integrations
Build end-to-end pipelines:
Lead ? Qualification ? Appointment ? Contract ? Dispo
2. AI Integration & Optimization
Implement AI tools such as:
CloseBot (AI lead qualification)
GPT-based automations (SMS,
Build AI-driven:
Lead scoring systems
Conversation flows
Auto-response logic
3. CRM & Pipeline Optimization
Customize GoHighLevel for:
Seller pipeline
Buyer pipeline
JV/Dispo pipeline
Build dashboards for:
KPIs
Conversion tracking
Team performance
4. Marketing & Lead Flow Systems
Set up and optimize:
SMS campaigns
Email
Landing pages & funnels
Ensure:
Fast response times
Clean data flow
Lead attribution tracking
5. Data & Reporting
Build reporting systems that track:
Cost per lead
Cost per contract
Deal conversion rates
Integrate Google Sheets / dashboards for visibility
6. Continuous Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in:
Lead handling
Follow-up
Conversion
Propose and implement system improvements weekly
Required Skill Set
Technical
Strong experience with:
GoHighLevel (advanced)
n8n or Zapier (preferred: n8n)
API integrations / webhooks
Familiar with:
AI tools (GPT, automation agents, chatbots)
Funnel builders and tracking systems
Strategic
