Tech & Website Operations Assistant — Funnels, Shopify & Integrations

About the Role:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy VA to manage and maintain the backend of several active websites and platforms. You’ll make sure everything works smoothly so I can focus on front-end growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update websites on Shopify, Go High Level, Webflow, and Lovable.

Set up, test, and maintain integrations with Keap and Later

Ensure all links, funnels, and forms function correctly.

Assist with SpadesLife vendor onboarding (emails, updates, confirmation pages) and tech support

Monitor traffic and funnel flow.

Troubleshoot technical issues quickly.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify and Go High Level and Lovable

Prior work on membership or marketplace platforms

Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS edits.

Fluent English communication.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Zapier and API integrations
