Tech Virtual Assistant (WordPress & Go High Level Expert)

We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with advanced skills in WordPress web development and Go High Level (GHL).

This is not a standard VA position, you’ll play a key role in building, managing, and optimising the digital backbone of our service-led business. From developing/updating our Wordpress website to creating automations and marketing campaigns, you’ll be our go-to tech and digital growth partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- WordPress Web Development: Design new pages, create blog pages and maintain our professional, responsive, and SEO-optimised website.
- Go High Level Management: Set up and manage CRM, funnels, pipelines, campaigns, and automations.
- SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO strategies, track performance with Google Analytics, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Digital Marketing: Plan, launch, and ---------- Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other online campaigns. Whilst also tracking performance and measuring KPI’s.
- Systems & Automations: Streamline operations by integrating tools, creating automations, and improving workflows.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth, uninterrupted business operations.
- Business Growth Support: Collaborate on strategies to expand our digital presence and scale effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven expertise in WordPress web development (design, functionality, troubleshooting).
- Proven Go High Level expert (funnels, CRM, automations, campaigns, reporting).
- Solid experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Skilled in integrating and automating digital tools and platforms.
- Tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on efficiency and innovation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
