Sani IQ is a fast-growing pest solutions company based in Ontario, Canada. We service both residential and commercial clients and are known for professionalism, quality service, and strong digital presence.

We are now hiring a full-time, long-term TECH VA who will work exclusively with us. This is a stable role with clear tasks, a supportive founder, and lots of room to grow.

Position Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful, highly organized VA who is strong with:

Canva + graphics

Marketing automation tools

Simple website updates

Basic SEO implementation

Social media content support

Lead management tasks

Outreach and admin tasks (training provided)

You do NOT need to be an expert in everything — you just need to be smart, fast-learning, proactive, and confident with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics & Content Support

Create clean, modern Canva graphics

Edit short videos using CapCut or Canva (training provided)

Prepare posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta

Maintain consistent branding across all materials

Automations & CRM Support

Set up basic automations using tools like Zapier, Gmail, or CRM workflows

Manage lead follow-ups (email/SMS templates)

Organize and maintain CRM data (training provided)

Website & SEO Tasks

Update pages and content (no coding required)

Add photos, text, and optimize layout

Implement basic SEO tasks:

Meta tags

Alt text

Keyword placement

Blog formatting

Internal linking
(Training and guidance will be provided)

Admin & Outreach

Assist with sending outreach messages (templates provided)

Keep files, folders, and processes organized

Prepare weekly reports and summaries

Support the founder with daily digital tasks

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualities

Fast learner

Tech-savvy

Organized and detail-oriented

Good English communication skills

Can follow instructions and also work independently

Reliable and consistent

Long-term mindset

Takes initiative (very important!)

Must-Have Skills:

Canva (Proficiency required)

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Comfortable with new software

Basic understanding of SEO

Basic video editing

CRM experience (bonus)

Zapier or automation experience (bonus)

Nice-to-Have (Not required)

WordPress, Wix, or similar website builders

Graphic design fundamentals

Lead management experience

Social media experience


Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Work Hours

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Must overlap at least 4 hours with Canadian EST timezone

Flexible schedule as long as results are delivered
