ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a tech-savvy operations VA to own the back-end systems that keep Sherose and The Breakfast Club running smoothly. You will be the person who makes sure our automations work, our members never hit a tech wall, and our tools talk to each other properly. This role takes operational weight off our existing team so we can focus on growth.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- ManyChat flow building, testing, and maintenance
- ThriveCart product setup, checkout configuration, and troubleshooting
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) automations, sending
- GoHighLevel optimization, pipeline maintenance and contact management
- Zapier integrations: building, testing, and debugging
- Member onboarding tech: access, login support, tagging, and offboarding
- Documenting every system you touch in ClickUp so we have living SOPs
YOU'RE A FIT IF:
- Have hands-on experience with all of the following: Kit, ClickUp, ThriveCart, ManyChat, GoHighLevel, Zapier
- Can diagnose a broken automation and explain what went wrong in plain English
- Document your work as you go (we love a screenshot and a Loom)
- Have a quiet workspace and reliable internet
- Can overlap 2–4 hours with Mountain Time (Boise, Idaho) business hours of 10am-4pm
- Are proactive — you flag problems before they become member-facing
KPIs (how we'll measure success):
- Ticket/request resolution: under 24 hours for non-critical, under 2 hours for member-blocking issues
- Zero member-facing tech failures per month
- 2+ automations audited and improved per month
- 100% of new systems documented in ClickUp within 7 days
DECISION RIGHTS: You can make decisions on tool configuration, automation logic, and minor platform changes without asking. Anything that touches member experience, brand presentation, or new monthly spend above $100 — flag it to Kelci.
PAID TEST TASK: Top candidates will complete a paid test task ($15): we will send you a broken automation in Kit or ManyChat and ask you to diagnose it, document what you found, and propose a fix.
HOW TO APPLY: Send the following via direct message:
- Your resume
- A 90-second video introducing yourself and walking us through a tech/ops system you built or fixed
- A list of the tools from the "What you'll own" section that you have direct experience with
- Include the word "automate" in your subject line so we know you read the full posting
