I run a coaching & hypnotherapy business based in Berlin, Germany.
I work with entrepreneurs and private clients who want less stress, fewer inner blocks, and better performance – through 1:1 work and digital programs.

Strategy, offers, and most assets are already in place.
What I’m missing is someone who can keep the tech clean, connected, and reliable.

That’s where you come in.

The Role in a Nutshell

I’m looking for a Tech & Funnel VA who can:

Connect WordPress (Oxygen / Elementor) with GoHighLevel

Build and maintain forms, funnels, automations, and simple shop pages

Handle integrations between GHL, WordPress, and a few external tools

Keep things organized, stable, and easy to maintain

This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) starting with a 4-week paid trial.
If we both like working together, this can become a long-term collaboration with stable hours and room for growth.

Main tools:

WordPress (Oxygen + Elementor)

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Zapier / webhooks / embeds / light custom code

What You’ll Be Doing
1. WordPress (Oxygen / Elementor)

Embed and integrate GHL elements into WP pages:

GHL forms

GHL calendars

GHL order/checkout forms

GHL chat widget

Replace old setups:

Switch legacy WP forms to GHL forms

Replace Calendly links with GHL calendars + follow-up sequences

Clean up and improve existing pages:

Replace / optimize images (direction fro ---------- , implementation by you)

Simplify menus and navigation

Hide or unpublish outdated pages

Support relaunch work:

Move the “new” site to the main domain

Set up basic redirects

Do simple checks after the switch (is everything loading, are forms working, etc.)

2. GoHighLevel (GHL)

Build and connect:

Forms, calendars, pipelines

Simple shop / product pages

Set up and maintain:


Email automations (tags, sequences, conditions based on answers)

Simple conditional flows (if answer X ? tag Y ? send sequence Z)

Example task:

“Here are my hypnosis audios. Please build a simple shop page in GHL matching my brand and connect it to WordPress (clean link or button is fine).”

3. Integrations & Light Tech Work

Connect GHL with:

WordPress

Typeform / quiz tools / scorecard tools (or similar)

Use:

Zapier (or similar tools)

Webhooks, HTML embeds, light custom code

Example:

“I want to switch from a simple form to this quiz tool. Please connect it so leads land in the right GHL pipeline and start the correct email sequence.”

4. On-Site SEO & Basic Maintenance

On-site SEO basics:

Titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2, alt tags, indexing

Health & performance basics:

Obvious plugin issues

Simple speed-related fixes (image size, unnecessary plugins, etc.)

Keep the overall setup clean and documented.

Must-Haves (Please Read Carefully)

Please only apply if you genuinely meet these:

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Real hands-on experience (not just “I watched a course”)

You have built:

Funnels or landing pages


Email automations with tags, pipelines, forms, calendars

WordPress

Solid experience with at least one builder:

Elementor (must)

Oxygen / Divi / similar (big plus)

You can:

Embed external forms/calendars

Adjust layout and styling to match an existing design

Integrations / Light Tech

You have actually connected tools using:

Zapier (or similar), and/or

webhooks, HTML embeds, simple custom code

You’re not afraid to:

Read docs

Watch a help video

Test until it works

On-Site SEO Basics

You know what titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2, alt tags, indexing are – and how to set them correctly.

Communication & Work Style

Strong written English

You can follow:

SOPs

Loom videos

Step-by-step instructions
AND still think for yourself

You ask questions early instead of guessing and breaking things

You are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

Direct experience with Oxygen Builder

Experience working with coaches / consultants / course creators

Comfortable making simple style decisions:

Spacing, alignment, basic aesthetics

Familiarity with:

Tracking codes / pixels (Meta, Google, etc.)

Hours, Collaboration & Tools

Hours: ~20 hours per week to start

Time zone: I’m in CET (Europe)

Full overlap is not needed

At least 2–3 hours overlap on some days is preferred

Communication:

Primary: WhatsApp (quick questions, short updates)

Loom: for screen recordings & explanations

Task tracking: simple boards (e.g. Trello or similar)

Compensation

First 4 weeks – paid trial

$5/hour, approx. 20 hours/week

After successful trial

$6/hour, approx. 20 hours/week

Long-term

I’m looking for a partner, not a quick gig

If you take ownership and keep systems running smoothly, I’m open to increasing your rate over time (e.g. after 6–12 months)

Compensation:
Our structure is:

First 4 weeks: $5/hour, ~20 hours/week

After trial: $6/hour, with potential future raises
