We’re a fast-growing AI-driven lead reactivation agency based in the U.S. Our mission is to help local businesses revive old leads using automation, AI, and CRM campaigns. We’re hiring a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to own the technical backend of our client systems — including building entire outreach campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for setting up and launching all GoHighLevel campaigns for new clients, managing automations, and integrating external tools like Zapier and
Responsibilities:
Build and launch client-specific campaigns in GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, calendars, tagging systems)
Set up automated SMS,
Integrate systems via Zapier and
Troubleshoot campaign errors and ensure 100% functionality
Organize client pipelines and CRM records properly
Maintain campaign templates and QA before launch
Support technical operations across the business
Required Skills:
Proven experience in GoHighLevel CRM (required)
Solid knowledge of Zapier
Familiarity with
Strong understanding of CRM logic, workflow mapping, and automation logic
Bonus: API/Webhook understanding, basic HTML, or form customization
