We are X Gens Growth, a PropTech and real estate growth consultancy based on the Gold Coast. We help ambitious tech companies sell into the real estate industry, and we are a small team that moves fast and holds a high bar. This is not a seat-filler role. We are bringing on someone to be part of something that is already working, and grow with it.

What you would be doing: supporting the founders and wider team across day-to-day operations, admin, scheduling, and coordination. The right person stays ahead of what needs to happen and does not wait to be chased.

This is a dayshift role with flexible start time, anytime between 5:00am and 10:00am Philippine time, 9 hours a day Monday to Friday. There is a 1 hour unpaid break built in, but if you would rather skip it and finish earlier, that is fine too.

We need someone with strong written and verbal English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing track of anything. Admin, operations, or executive assistant experience is important, along with being genuinely comfortable working independently in a remote setup, reliable internet, a proper home office setup, and comfort using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, since we use them daily.

It is a bonus if you have exposure to real estate, PropTech, or SaaS businesses, know your way around Google Workspace or Notion, or have supported founders or senior leadership directly before.

We work hard and hold ourselves to a high standard, but we do not take ourselves too seriously. If you want a team that is serious about the work without being stiff about it, you will fit in well.
