The Project Manager plans, budgets, oversees and documents all aspects of the specific project he/she is working on. The Project Manager may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS degree in electronics communications engineering, or its equivalent
• Strong background in Project /Program Management; relevant industry experience of at least 2 years in telecommunications or data / broadband / IP services
• Good interpersonal, team-building and self-management skills
• High sense of urgency
• Flexibility to operate well in a rapidly changing and often high-stress environment
• PMP certification a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of the project for the life of the project
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and resources
• Appropriately apply methodology to projects that have reasonably well-defined project requirements and deliverables
• Leadership Skills: keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees.
• Time Management: work with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple tasks at once.
• Math and Budgeting: keep and maintain a budget in almost every field.
• Analytical Skills: solve problems that may come up during a typical work day; analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.

• Handle Hardware and software quoting, procurement, tracking and inventorying as needed
• Facilitate required status and other meetings with executive-level committees related to specific projects, client management, project teams and staff
• Identify other business opportunities primarily through the creation and delivery of “High Level Technology Plans” (sales influenced), Network Assessments and updating our CRM and Pipeline.
