JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a Developer Operating System — not a typical SaaS product, not a content platform, and not a marketing tool.

This system is designed to help developers, teams, and organizations learn, collaborate, and evolve through structured environments, progression systems, and real-world work.

We are looking for someone who can help us observe what is happening in the world, understand it clearly, and translate it into structured knowledge inside our ecosystem.

This role is not about writing blogs or marketing copy.
It is about making sense of complexity.

What you’ll do:

Research emerging tools, platforms, and trends (especially AI, software, and digital systems)

Summarize what changed, why it matters, and what someone should now be able to do

Help define structured learning paths (“quests”) that guide developers to gain real capabilities

Translate complex ideas into clear internal documents, frameworks, and system notes

Collaborate with a systems architect to refine how knowledge is structured inside the platform

What this is NOT:

? Not fast content production

? Not social media posting

? Not SEO writing

? Not a generic VA role

What we care about:

You notice patterns

You ask why before how

You can explain complex ideas clearly

You enjoy structure, systems, and intentional design

You can work independently and think deeply

You do not need to be a developer.
You do not need to know how to code.

You do need curiosity, clarity, and strong thinking.

This is a long-term role with room to grow as the system grows.

Please include a short paragraph explaining how you usually break down a complex topic so others can understand it.
