Systems Implementation Associate

We're Stakra, a startup ops consultancy that builds and runs systems for growing businesses. We work across automation, AI implementation, and operations and we're looking for someone to join our Implementation team as a hands-on builder.

This is a role for someone early in their career who is genuinely curious about automation, has already built things on their own, and wants real mentorship on live client projects. Not another job where you push tickets and never learn the why.

You'll work directly under our Head of Implementation, who will train you on the tools, patterns, and standards we use to deliver client work. Architecture decisions sit with her. Execution, debugging, documentation, and a steady stream of questions sit with you.

What You'll Do
-Configure and deploy automations in Zapier across active client projects
-Build with Claude Code on systems and internal tooling
-Troubleshoot broken workflows: find the root cause, propose a fix, ship it, document it
-Pick up new tools as projects require - read the docs, run small experiments, ask smart questions
-Document systems, workflow logic, and configurations as you build
-Flag risks, gaps, or anything that smells wrong early and in writing

What We're Looking For
-At least 1 year of hands-on experience in workflow automation, technical implementation, or systems work - professional, freelance, or substantive personal projects all count
-Hands-on Zapier experience: real, multi-step workflows that solved a real problem. Not tutorials.
-Exposure to Claude Code or strong willingness to learn it fast
-Comfortable with automation logic basics: triggers, filters, conditional paths, data transformation
-Can read documentation and work through a new tool without someone holding your hand
-Understands that API keys and credentials don't belong in shared channels or hardcoded steps and thinks about data security even before someone tells you to

Nice to have: Make or n8n experience, Google Apps Script, ops/agency/startup background.

How You Work
-You see a problem and propose a fix. You document as you go. You communicate blockers early and clearly. You're calm when something breaks at 11pm. You're honest about what you know and what you don't.

The Details
-Schedule: Full-time, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manila Time, Monday to Friday (with 1 hour break)
-Compensation: PHP 300/hr | PHP 45,000 - 48,000/month
-Setup: Fully remote, work-from-home
-Equipment: You provide your own laptop, stable internet, and a backup setup
-Camera-on required for all internal and client meetings

What You Get Out of This
The salary is competitive for a junior role, but it's not the main reason to take this job. The real value is direct mentorship from our Leadership team on live client builds, real exposure to automation and AI implementation work, and a track record at the end of 12 months that opens doors. Strong performers grow into more complex work and more autonomy as Stakra scales.
