JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

Automate processes, integrate software systems, and handle technical support for AI content generation & AI workflows. Additionally, propose and implement improvements to streamline fulfillment operations. The overall goal of this role is to help make our company more efficient, sharper & able to do more with less.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify areas for improvement within existing systems and processes and create automated solutions
- Connect and integrate various software tools in our tech stack
- Develop workflows that increase speed and efficiency of operations
- Proactively suggest system improvements and optimizations
Technical Support:
- Handle all client-related technical issues as first point of contact
- Troubleshoot problems across our AI model training and content generation pipeline
- Escalate complex issues that require specialized expertise
- Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions
System Integration:
- Build connections between disparate software platforms
- Ensure seamless data flow across all operational tools
- Optimize existing integrations for better performance

Reporting & Communication
- Daily EOD Report:
- What got accomplished
- Where you struggled
- What you need help with
- What you're excelling in
- What you need from us in order to succeed at the highest level
- Weekly Operations Meeting for strategy alignment and company progress review

What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills and automation mindset
- Experience with system integrations and API connections
- Ability to identify inefficiencies within processes and propose improved/technical solutions
- Technical support experience preferred
- Self-directed with ability to work independently
- Proactive mindset - sees problems before they become critical

Compensation
Base Pay: $1,000/month
OTE (on target earnings): $1,500+/month

Performance Bonus Structure
Project Bonuses: $ ---------- per completed project that passes managerial approval (amount determined by project complexity)
Approval based on functionality - does the solution actually work as intended
Project = defined outcome completed
Support Efficiency Multiplier:
Monthly average technical support ticket resolution ? 3 hours: Full project bonuses
Monthly average technical support ticket resolution > 3 hours: 50% project bonuses
Support tickets tracked via Slack messages
Payment: Base + earned project bonuses (adjusted by support multiplier) paid together monthly

Example: Complete 3 projects worth $150 each = $450 potential
With good support (?3hr avg): Earn full $450
With poor support (>3hr avg): Earn $225 (50%)
