System Administrator

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a talented Windows System Administrator to join our expanding team. **Responsibilities:**

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
- Resolve technical issues related to the Microsoft Windows platform.
- Adhere to procedures in managing AD accounts, Exchange Mailboxes, etc.
- Maintain Windows, Active Directory, MSSQL, and MySQL Servers.
- Oversee the maintenance of firewalls and support FTP, SSH, and Mail Servers.
- Install, maintain, and ensure the normal operation of hardware and software.
- Conduct regular system checks and backups.
- Update systems and software regularly.
- Ensure security and data protection.
- Support Access Control Systems, CCTV, VoIP, Backup System, Email, Active Directory, and File Servers.
- Assist and advise company employees on IT resource issues.
- Participate in the planning, construction, maintenance, and documentation of IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the functionality of all internal and external IT resources.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Hyper-V.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and GPO.
- Proficiency in MS Exchange/Office 365.
- Demonstrated professional conduct and attitude.
