Supervisor — Amazon Listings Optimization (Remote)

About the role
Lead a production team to improve live Amazon listings at scale. You won’t design yourself, but you must know what a great listing looks like and quickly spot what to fix.

Team you’ll manage (you choose):

6–7 Writers

6–7 Graphic Designers

What you’ll do

Prioritize products and run 7-day sprints per ASIN.

Direct writers/designers to deliver: improved titles, bullets, backend data, 5 images, A+ content, and a short video.

QA pages after upload (desktop/mobile), catch policy/render issues.

Track workload & KPIs in Excel and send a short weekly report.

Must-haves

Strong English writing skills (clear, concise, error-free).

Proven team management (10–14 people).

Deep understanding of Amazon listing quality + Amazon marketing/SEO basics (keywords, CTR/CVR).

Excel proficiency (filters, pivots, lookups; clean trackers).

Reliable communication (2–4 hours overlap with EST).

Hours & Pay

Up to 45 hours/week, remote

Up to 41,900.00 - 51,300.00 per month + performance bonuses
