At Morgan Visual Productions (MVP) — where content builds connection — we create photo and video that helps brands rediscover their why, amplify their story, and connect deeply with their audience. Our work is high-touch and relationship-driven, and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to be the first point of contact for our clients and the operational backbone for our team.
This role is about creating stellar first impressions for new clients, supporting ongoing relationships, and ensuring our internal operations run smoothly — all without getting pulled into production-day logistics. ???? Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Care
-Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, providing estimates and clarity on our services
-Respond to all client
-Follow up with leads and connections alongside the Director of Culture
-Schedule and coordinate Zoom, phone, or in-person meetings with clients
-Manage the studio inbox and all inbound inquiries
-Read between the lines in client messages to anticipate needs and offer solutions
-Support top client relationships (retention, strategy, growth) in partnership with leadership
Client & Team Administration
-Draft all SOWs and proposals
-Coordinate creative bookings, confirm locations, and help set the Owner’s schedule for larger shoots
-Prepare invoice prompts for Accounting (summarizing what’s owed and when)
-Maintain organized digital systems (Asana, Notion, Google Drive) for client and internal workflows
- Keep information flowing clearly between clients, creative partners, and leadership
? You Might Be the One If You:
Have 1–2 years in a client services, administrative, or creative industry support role (motion, photography, events a plus)
Are detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-focused
Take pride in organization and follow-through
Can prioritize multiple tasks while keeping communication warm and professional
Are tech-comfortable and fluent in common digital tools
Believe in balancing clarity with creativity
Have experiemented with Chatgbt and AI and want to learn how to leverage it to make your life easier and more human

Role Details
Hours: 10-12 hrs/week to start, flexible to grow as volume dictates
Location: Hybrid remote work; we are based in Nashville, TN USA CST time zone.
