Structural Drafter

We are a growing structural engineering firm based in Ontario, Canada, seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our remote team. You will be responsible for preparing 2D structural drawings for a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings based on markups, sketches, and design notes provided by our engineers.

This is a long-term, full-time position with consistent work and room to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Use AutoCAD to create 2D Structural Drawings
- Communicate with structural engineers (via Microsoft Teams)
- Assist in developing drafting standards, procedures, and typical details
- Update and revise drawings as based on design changes and comments back from various stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and high attention to detail
- AutoCAD: Advanced level of proficiency with 5+ years of experience
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Strong written and oral English skills

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Availability for at least 3 hours of overlap between 6:30 - 9:30 PM Ontario time (6:30 - 9:30 AM Philippine time)
