# Real Estate Wholesale Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling & Appointment Setting)

We are seeking 2 experienced Virtual Assistants to help locate off-market and distressed properties, qualify motivated sellers, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

### Responsibilities

* Pull and organize leads from PropStream, BatchLeads, county records, and other sources.
* Identify distressed property owners (vacant, absentee, probate, tax delinquent, inherited, pre-foreclosure, code violations).
* Skip trace property owners and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Make 300-500 outbound calls daily.
* Build rapport, qualify sellers, gather property details, and identify motivation.
* Handle objections and follow up with leads.
* Schedule appointments for acquisitions managers.
* Update CRM notes and follow-up tasks.

### Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of U.S. real estate wholesaling or investor cold-calling experience.
* Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
* Strong sales and objection-handling abilities.
* Experience with Podio, REsimpli, FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, PropStream, BatchLeads, Mojo Dialer, or similar tools.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

### Performance Goals

* 300-500 calls per day
* 20+ quality conversations daily
* 10+ qualified seller leads per week
* 5-10 appointments set per week
