JOB OVERVIEW

This isn’t a typical Project Manager role.

WHO WE ARE
We're Averus Group, three healthcare companies (Magnolia Hyperbarics, Cerebral Health, and Pacific Neuroscience Center) in the middle of a transformation. We're building real infrastructure across all three: SOPs, optimized workflows, agentic AI tools — the systems that change how the entire operation runs. The vision is clear and the ceiling is exponential. Right now there's one bottleneck: leadership can only move as fast as it can execute alone. That's where you come in.


THE ROLE
We need a force multiplier. Someone we can hand a vision to — not a task list — who understands the intent, scopes it, builds it out to completion, and coordinates the people needed to make it real. You're fast. You're independent. You don't need to be walked through every step, and you don't stall the second an instruction isn't spelled out.
Your projects could come from any of our three clinics: building an SOP from scratch, streamlining a clinic workflow, standing up an AI process, and anything in between. You take it, you own it, and you bring back something finished.
You don't need to know everything on day one. But you need to learn fast — fast enough to pick up our AI processes, our Claude Cowork environment, and the agentic tools we're building, and then run with them. You think past the task of why it matters and where it should go, and you bring ideas we didn't ask for. You hold the whole picture across three companies and don't lose the thread when we jump from one problem to the next.
This seat is senior enough to think and own strategy, and wired to execute on command. If you need a seat in every meeting to feel useful, this isn't it. If you'd rather be handed a hard problem and left alone to solve it — keep reading.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Day-to-day, here's what this looks like.
• Take a vision from leadership and build it out to completion — scoping, planning, and delivering finished work
• Own projects end to end across all three clinics — SOPs, streamlining, optimization, AI infrastructure
• Coordinate and guide the staff needed to put your projects into practice, not just hand off a plan
• Build SOPs and drive their adoption in Trainual; train the teams who'll use them
• Learn and run with our AI processes, agentic tools, and Claude Cowork environment, fast
• Manage multiple projects at once and hold context across entities as priorities shift in real time
• Think strategically — bring ideas, improvements, and solutions before they're requested
• Work fluently in Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, and Trainual

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF...
• Have run projects start to finish on your own; concept to delivery
• Are genuinely AI-fluent: you already use modern AI and agentic tools to get real work done
• Learn new systems fast and figure things out without a manual
• Operate with high ownership — you bring back finished work, not a list of questions
• Can coordinate and move other people toward a goal, even ones you don't manage
• Think strategically and see around corners, not just the task in front of you
• Can hold a lot of moving pieces across multiple businesses without dropping any
• Are driven by results and quality, not recognition
• Communicate clearly in writing and work cleanly and independently
• Can reliably work with the U.S. Pacific business hours

Preferred: experience building or supporting AI/automation infrastructure, experience writing SOPs and driving adoption, familiarity with Claude / Claude Cowork and agentic tooling, prior experience supporting a founder or executive directly, and healthcare exposure.
