JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

PulseCRM.ai is looking for a Strategic Operator to support internal systems and execution.

This role exists to make sure systems actually work — workflows run correctly, pages and forms are connected properly, AI-enabled interactions function as intended, tracking fires as expected, and execution doesn’t stall due to small issues.

This is not a strategy, sales, or creative leadership role.
It is an execution role for someone who values clarity, structure, and reliability.

If you enjoy turning direction into working systems and quietly keeping things running smoothly, this role may be a strong fit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Build and maintain internal workflows and automations
Work within a CRM environment (similar to GoHighLevel) to manage forms, pipelines, and automations
Connect landing pages, forms, calendars, and basic integrations
Test pages, forms, automations, bookings, and notifications to make sure they work as expected
Install or update tracking scripts when instructed and verify events fire correctly (e.g., form submissions, bookings)
Configure and test AI-enabled workflows (such as chat or voice interactions) as part of internal systems
Catch issues early and fix them calmly and methodically
Make small visual or layout edits when needed (e.g., swapping images, spacing, simple fixes) to avoid execution delays
Keep tasks organized and visible
Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly

What Matters Most

More than specific tools or years of experience, we care about:
Clear written communication
Ability to explain systems simply
Comfort working with incomplete information
Calm problem-solving when things don’t work

Attention to detail and follow-through

Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
Comfort working with AI-enabled tools by following structured setup instructions is also a plus.

Tools can be learned. Clear communication cannot.

Define business or marketing strategy
Manage people
Run ad campaigns
Own revenue or growth targets
Handle client onboarding tickets
