Static Ad Designer – Long-Term Role

We are a DTC supplement brand focused on scaling to 7 figures+ this year.

I’m looking for a skilled static image editor / designer who can create high-performing, scroll-stopping static ads for Meta and TikTok. Our brand sells supplements in the U.S., and I need someone who understands how to turn angles, hooks, and proof into clean, high-converting static creatives that perform in paid ads.

Deliverables

-Design static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
-Create scroll-stopping statics using strong hooks, headlines, and layouts
-Deliver creatives optimized for paid ads (4:5, 1:1, 9:16)

Collaborate with the creative strategist to:

-Execute tested angles

-Improve clarity, CTR, and conversions

-Maintain clean, on-brand design with clear hierarchy and readability

-Comfortable producing high volume without sacrificing quality
