TCVM Brands Is Seeking an Outstanding, Driven, Reliable TCVM Pet Supply Ecommerce VA To Join Our Team

Expectations

40 hours per week 100% remote position

Hours may span work for 4 companies involved with TCVM Brands

Maintain constant communication through our chosen vehicle of communication

Have an alternate plan to work in case of power or internet outages

30 days advance request for time off required

3 paid sick days allowed per year, advance notice required

Job will require working CST working hours!



eCommerce tasks for ----------

Provide responses to Questions from customers on product pages

Provide all responses to Questions from customers through email inquiries

Provide all responses to Questions from customers

Request authorization from veterinarians for certain products (email through TCVM Pet Supply email)

Enter all products and data for customers

Monitor order status, let customers know the status of their authorization (email through Shopify)

Pepare shipping labels by 1:00PM Central time (ShipStation)

Administer refunds

Create process documents for all daily tasks that can be used to train future employees.

Add products and SEO product pages

Write copy for product pages

Upload images and tag products

Monitor drop-shipped products as they are discontinued by the manufacturer and update Shopify accordingly


Bookeeping tasks

Reconcile credit card accounts via Shopify and Quik Books

Reconcile checking accounts

Create custom reports from Shopify (use Excel)



Other possible tasks

Familiarity with Wordpress basics and adding links to blog posts

Trello familiarity and project management

Familiarity with basics of social media scheduling systems

Familiarity with Sharepoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Cognito forms

You will be paid every two weeks through PayPal by 6:00 PM CST. Your pay will be 600.00 dollars per month and we cover Pay Pal fees. We have never once in 2 years of using VA's paid late.

Other benefits include 13-month pay, health insurance stipend after 1 year of employment and more including paid holidays.

You will report to Samantha Swanson and be responsible for learning our software and submitting reports of both daily and weekly tasks and accomplishments.
