TradeHatch – A fast-growing creative agency focused on helping contractors, creators, and entrepreneurs launch beautiful websites and digital products with ease. We're building sleek, modern Squarespace templates and offering simple web fulfillment services for business owners who want to stand out online — without being overwhelmed.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a Squarespace-savvy Web Designer to help us build out templates and grow into a long-term fulfillment role. You’ll work directly with our founder (an experienced U.S.-based creative entrepreneur) and eventually help plug in clients to existing templates, revise layouts, and occasionally build sites from scratch. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
???? Build custom Squarespace websites from scratch
???? Modify and refine existing templates based on client needs
???? Use checklists and SOPs to gather files from customers and build out their sites
???? Provide light creative input when customizing templates
???? Handle revision rounds, mobile optimization, and plug-ins/integrations
???? Participate in regular team check-ins and be open to feedback & collaboration

WHO YOU ARE:
? Confident and experienced in Squarespace (Fluency in 7.1 required)
? Detail-oriented and creative, with an eye for layout and typography
? Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools or systems
? Organized and comfortable working independently
? Coachable, humble, and ready to grow with a U.S.-based team
? Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)

Bonus (Not Required):
– Experience with Canva, CapCut, Webflow, Wix, or Shopify
– Basic understanding of CSS or design systems
– Light graphic design or copywriting experience
– Past experience working in a creative agency or startup environment

POSITION TYPE:

Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) with potential to grow to full-time

Fully remote (Philippines-based only)

Work hours: Flexible, but must be available for check-ins during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)

PAY RATE:
$4 to $7 USD/hour to start, depending on experience — with room for increases as we grow
