JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in cybersecurity to join our growing team. This is an advanced position — please apply only if you meet the qualifications below.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting our U.S.-based clients, providing IT support, monitoring systems, resolving issues, and ensuring robust security. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain uptime, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

If you’ve worked with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and are confident in your technical and communication skills, this is the right opportunity for you.

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT support and cybersecurity
Proven background working with MSPs and RMM tools
Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security best practices
Excellent English communication skills (you’ll be speaking directly with U.S. clients)
Professional work setup and stable internet connection
Reliable, honest, and proactive attitude
A solid L2 and we are sure you know where you stand

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $750/month + quarterly performance bonuses
Bonuses: Based on contribution and initiative — top performers can double their income
Raises & reviews: Every 3 months for consistent, high-quality work
