Call Center Manager – Solar Telemarketing (Full-Time, Hybrid Cebu Office + Remote)

???? Pay: $125 USD per week (~7,300 PHP/week)

???? Location: Hybrid – In-office in Cebu with partial work-from-home flexibility

About Us:
Omni Power is a fast-growing residential solar company helping homeowners across the U.S. save money through renewable energy. We’re expanding our call center operations in the Philippines and are seeking a Call Center Manager to lead, train, and oversee our telemarketing team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate a team of solar telemarketers to meet daily and weekly targets
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment sets
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism across all calls
• Coordinate with U.S.-based leadership and provide daily progress updates
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new callers as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing telemarketing or outbound call center teams
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (office in Cebu + partial remote work)

Compensation:
• $125 USD per week base pay (~7,300 PHP/week)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
