Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm Central Time (1 hour unpaid lunch break - two-15 min paid breaks)

Pay: 270 PHP per hour + bonus
1-5 Sale per month = $200 bonus
6+ Sales per month = $500 bonus

Qualifications:
- Solar experience required
- Excellent English without an accent (Sounds American)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/appointment targets
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by results
- Highly professional, reliable, and punctual
- Experience using CRM systems and dialers
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Book quality appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
- Follow structured scripts while adapting to conversations
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
