Software QA Tester

We have an opening for 2 x QA Testers. Working full time on Australian hours (10am - 6:30pm)

The focus of this position will be conducting test activities that support the development maintenance and continuous improvement of our software products.

Who we are seeking
You can demonstrate at least 3 years testing experience using structured testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide thought leadership in QA practices, and continuously drive improvements
• Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements and standards
• Ensure that the relevant levels and types of testing needed to produce quality software (e.g., functional, system, integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, compatibility, maintainability, etc.) are executed and planned into the delivery lifecycle
• Support the creation, maintenance and reuse of test artefacts
• Work with the team to deliver tests to meet delivery milestones
• Support unit and integration testing on developed code

What you'll bring
3+ years’ experience in a Software Test Engineer role
Experience in various programming/scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, REACT Native.)
Experience in adopting or implementing test automation frameworks
Demonstrated support of high availability production systems
Experience in all types of testing


ABOUT YOU
Minimum 3 years of quality assurance testing experience
Experience across different test phases
Strong manual testing skills
Experience triaging defects
Test Automation skill set desirable to contribute to the test automation approach
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
