Software Engineer/ Coding Professional

I'm looking to have someone help me build a new bot, or finish my current bot for sending mass DMs on social media. The bot will need to be able to scrape for usernames to be able to send messages to. The bot will need to have a time delay between messages as well. If this is something you can do or have done before, please reply ASAP.
