Software Engineer

We’re hiring a versatile software engineer to support our growing real estate and business operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, flexible, and comfortable working on a mix of internal tools, client-facing applications, and automation projects.

Responsibilities May Include
Building simple internal dashboards or custom CRM tools

Developing or maintaining web-based tools and sites (React, Next.js, etc.)

Automating workflows related to lead management, follow-ups, and marketing

Integrating AI tools or chatbots (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, etc.)

Scraping or structuring real estate data from public sites

Writing clean backend logic or APIs for internal business tools

Qualifications
Proficient in one or more relevant languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.

Comfortable working with APIs and basic automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly

Reliable and deadline-driven, with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with real estate platforms, property data, or CRM tools

Front-end design skills using Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar

Familiarity with Git, Firebase, MongoDB, SQL, or similar stacks

AI/ML, chatbot, or NLP tool integration
