Desktop support

Essential Criteria
Exceptional communication skills & Proven customer service skills to communicate with Clients verbally
Professional experiences to develop and manage vearious applications (back-end and Front-end)
Expert knowledge in Windows Sever 2012r2 or higher, Office 365 and Remote desktop services
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting a variety of desktop and server software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Setting up and maintaining backup software/hardware
Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to working in a team
Ability to prioritise workloads
Support our clients in a professional & timely manner

Desirable Criteria
CCNA, VMWARE, Microsoft Certifications
Proven experience producing documentation of IT systems
Experience working in a team with a tiered support structure
Experience with VOIP and PABX systems
Security Management & Sharepoint
Managing customer relationships
