Software Developer (ReactJS / NextJS / NodeJS / NestJS)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications using the latest technologies. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience and enjoys building scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
Develop scalable backend services using NodeJS and NestJS.
Design and implement GraphQL APIs and integrations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with ReactJS and NextJS.
Solid backend development experience using NodeJS and NestJS.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience working with REST APIs and modern web architectures.
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Recruitment Platforms, HR Tech, or Talent Acquisition software.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
