Software Developer

My agency is hiring a versatile, problem-solving software developer to help build custom automations and AI-powered tools. Based in Canada. Good communication is highly valued.

Projects will involve:
-Building workflows that scrape data, train or learn from that data, and generate custom content (text, images, etc.)
-Developing tools that can run locally or in the cloud, depending on the task
-Creating automations for social media posting, data gathering, and content publishing
-Ongoing fine-tuning, optimization, and feature upgrades across multiple projects

This is not a one-time job — we’re building multiple systems, and you’ll play a key role in developing and improving them over time.

Ideal Skills:
-Python, Node.js, or similar scripting languages
-Experience with scraping tools, automation frameworks (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright)
-Understanding workflows (training, inference, fine-tuning)
-APIs (Reddit, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver clean, working code

Bonus Points If You Have:
-Experience with open-source LLMs, TTS, or generative media
-UI/UX or dashboard creation skills
-Familiarity with Reddit content, social media trends, or YouTube automation
