Position: Software Developer

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and refine the Market Database and The Banger Finder systems.
- Create scalable code for a preliminary prototype focusing on our initial target markets: Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Contribute to building a comprehensive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly system for broader market accessibility.
- Implement and optimize algorithms to analyze data from Zillow, Rabbu, and Airbnb, identifying prime rental properties efficiently.
- Fine-tune functionalities for seamless address checks, instant market evaluations, and recurring automated searches.
- Utilize APIs, including Zillow, Airbnb, and Rabbu, following ethical data retrieval standards.
- Collaborate on building a web-based UI for user inputs, data retrieval, and profitability calculations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, etc.
- Strong experience with data analysis, scraping, and visualization tools (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
- Familiarity with API integration, web development (HTML/CSS/React/Angular), and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, turning complex concepts into functional, user-friendly software solutions.
